Learn How to Make REAL Youth Exchanges!
Whatever you have heard about youth exchanges before or however you have organised them before, this training is teaching you how to make youth exchanges like they are meant to be!  You will learn how to support young people to make their own projects, and not to make the projects for them.

Focus on involvement and partnership

Did you know youth exchanges can be a long-term learning process for all participating young people. You can help young people to come up with the project idea, choose the topic for it and design the activities for its programme. They can run the activities themselves and plan dissemination activities that they organise for other young people.

The more young people are involved in the process, the more they learn trough their involvement. Star of Europe helps you to see how young people can be involved at every step – in every participating country!

Discover the original idea of youth exchanges – project lead by young people themselves and not projects planned and run by adults.

Learn to involve and support

In Star of Europe you will see the whole process of youth exchanges. You will understand the logic and the lifecycle of a youth exchange project. You learn to focus on supporting young people’s participation and recognising their learning. You will respect the equal partnership and involve your partners in planning, preparation and carrying out the project.

Join in if you are new – or if you want to update your practices

If you work regularly with youth groups, professionally or voluntarily, you are a good participant in this training. It is essential that you already have a group young people you can work with. If your young people are already interested, ask their hopes and ideas and bring them along.

It is ok if you have never organised a youth exchange before. In this training you will learn how. It’s also ok, if you already have experience, but be prepared to update your practices.

You will have to be over 18 years old. We prioritise applicants who work directly with a group of young people and who are interested in forming partnerships for future projects.

Take use of the digital material

With the training you learn how to use the existing online material for planning youth exchanges. You can familiarise yourself with the playlists of videos and exercises on the www.starofeurope.eu website.

Training Activities during the Pandemic / Safety and Covid-19

In our activities we support the principle of a safer space, where no one is discriminated or bullied because of their background or person. We want you to respect the same principle.

We are closely monitoring the situation with Covid-19 and taking measures for the safety of our participants into consideration, having in account the assessment of that situation.

In order to apply, you should familiarise yourself with the Covid-19 rules when traveling to Portugal. Note, that the rules might change before the activity. It is possible to apply / participate only if you are fully vaccinated with a vaccine that is approved in Portugal or if you have a certificate stating a recovery from Covid -19 less than 6 months before entering the country.

Kérjük, egyaránt töltse ki az idegen nyelvű és a magyar nyelvű jelentkezési lapot! 

A részvétel költségei: 
A résztvevők nemzetközi utazását, ill. biztosítási költségeit a Tempus Közalapítvány Erasmus+ ifjúsági csoport, a külföldi szállás és étkezés, valamint a programhoz kapcsolódó költségeket a fogadó nemzeti iroda vagy a szervező fedezi.

A résztvevő, a programra történő utazása során felmerülő egyéb utazási költségeket (transzfer költségek), valamint az utazáshoz kötelezően szükséges egészségügyi igazolásokhoz kapcsolódó költségeket (pl. PCR teszt) - mint a programhoz történő résztvevői hozzájárulást - fizeti. Amennyiben a transzfer költségek és az utazáshoz kötelezően szükséges egészségügyi igazolásokhoz kapcsolódó költségek együttes összege a 10.000 forintot meghaladja, úgy a Közalapítvány egyéni kérelem benyújtását követően - egyedi elbírálás alapján - a 10.000 forint feletti összeget megtéríti a résztvevő részére.

A támogatott résztvevők az utazás megszervezését követően saját felelősségükre vehetnek részt a tevékenységen. Az utazás megszervezése a Tempus Közalapítvány hatáskörébe tartozik. Az esetlegesen felmerülő többletköltségeket a Tempus Közalapítvány nem állja, a keletkezett károkért felelősséget nem vállal.

Értesítés a jelentkezés eredményéről: 2022. június 14.
