The seminar with TC elements for KA1-2-3 project coordinators on how to deal with crucial project management moments, how to avoid main problems and be ready to react on the spot when trouble occurs; project management with the view to what are the quality rules of E+Y projects (partnership, cooperation, sharing of duties and responsibilities, participation, dissemination, group process and international organizational culture). Risk management elements and change challenge will be additionally include in the programme.
We observe a big dissonance between what is written in applications and what beneficiaries report afterwards. We also see that they face many similar problems during project implementation that lead partners to disagreement, fights or withdrawing from projects. We observe constant FB recruitment of participants for the TC, YE that cause very low quality of dissemination of the results.
Therefore, we would like to give project coordinators (new, middle experienced) a space to feel inside the problems they face and to find the way out. The aim is also to show the participants the consequences (both educational, formal etc.) of low quality management of the projects to help them to avoid those harsh situations.
