During the Product Jam, participants gather and form creative teams (merging their different skills) and design and develop tools to be used in youth work with and about refugees.
In general, the Product Jam aims to provide space and means to participants in order to design and produce educational tools to be used in youth work with and about refugees while supporting the development of creative skills of non-formal education trainers through this reflected practice.
All activities of the Insightrainer Creatrainer process will be accompanied by an experienced researcher with the key research question “what helps facilitate trainers to gain and implement new skills?”
The research will not only provide a feedback loop throughout the year but also will sharpen the documentation process and support participants’ conscious learning process.

Participation fee
This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs or SALTO involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country. Please contact your Erasmus+: Youth in Action NA to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
If you come from a country other than Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme Countries, please contact the host Erasmus+: Youth in Action NA for further information about the financial details. Economy class travelling costs of selected participants who are legally resident in partner countries neighbouring the EU will be covered by Turkish National Agency after the implementation of the training course ( The in-city, intercity travelling costs, travelling insurance costs and if necessary visa costs will be covered by the participants).
Accommodation and food
The Turkish National Agency of this offer will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.
Travel reimbursement
Your sending National Agency will support your travel costs. After being selected, please contact your NA to learn more about how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
If you come from a country other than Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme Countries, Economy class travelling costs of selected participants who are legally resident in partner countries neighbouring the EU will be covered by Turkish National Agency after the implementation of the training course.The in-city, intercity travelling costs, travelling insurance costs and if necessary visa costs will be covered by the participants.
Note: Hungarian applicants are expected to apply on a Hungarian and on an English application form, too.
