The aim of the ATOQ is to support youth workers/leaders in increasing the quality of the European youth exchanges they set up within the Erasmus + Youth Programme.

The ATOQ training course will provide the participants with opportunities to:

• Critically reflect upon their previous international youth exchange experience(s) and the impact on young people, organisations and wider community
• Increase the understanding of different quality aspects of youth exchanges such as: active participation of young people, cooperation with partners, intercultural learning, impact and results; programme building
• Experience a non-formal learning process and understand how to support young people's learning process in the project;
• Improve their project management competences (knowledge, skills and attitudes) in order to better organise the different phases of a youth exchange. Participants from other countries are welcome to apply to the training too if their National Agency is willing to cover their travel costs.

Participation fee
This project is financed by the Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee can vary from call to call and country to country. Please contact your National Agency to learn more about the financial details.

Accommodation and food
This project is financed by the Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs involved in this project.

Travel reimbursement
This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs or SALTO involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country. Please contact your Erasmus+: Youth in Action NA to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses. If you come from a country other than Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme Countries, please contact the host Erasmus+: Youth in Action NA for further information about the financial details.

Note: Hungarian applicants are expected to apply on a Hungarian and on an English application form, too.
