Tempus Public Foundation - Hungarian National Agency for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes (National Agency)
On the one side, there are organisations opening up to participants with disabilities and working to take further concrete steps. On the other side, there are organisations that are self-representing or work with diverse groups of youth and are creating inclusive projects with partners across borders.
“AccessAbility” will offer an open space for getting to know other professionals’ work and experiences, challenges and successes/failures. It will give the chance to find partners for future international cooperation. Moreover, the activity will provide practical information and time for self-assessment on how to mainstream organisation’s own processes and methods to work in an inclusive and accessible way.
Additionally, participants will get information about inclusion opportunities in the EU programmes Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps. Both programmes offer tools for empowering and supporting the participation of young people with disabilities or health challenges, e.g. financial means within Key Actions, toolboxes, etc. National Agency Officers will be present to answer questions and give advice. Further sources of information will be identified and gathered during the event.
This partnership-building activity will be an opportunity to find partners and partner organisations for future international cooperation, especially within Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps. The 3-day online activity takes place from 9:30 to 15:30 CET with 1,5 hours lunch break (using Zoom). The units build on each other, that’s why it is necessary to participate in the whole activity.

This project is organised within the framework of the “health issues and diverse abilities” strand of NA Strategic Partnership on Inclusion (SPI), a multi-annual cooperation project involving 17 National Agencies for Erasmus+ YOUTH IN ACTION / European Solidarity Corps and two SALTO Resource Centres (Inclusion & Diversity and SALTO ESC). SPI, by means of strategic cooperation, aims at involving more inclusion organisations and increasing the participation of young people with fewer opportunities in the EU programmes Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps.
