About the Activity  

In 2026, we will host a Partner Building Activity (PBA) in Belgium focused on catalising between youth & culture. 

This event brings together: 

• cultural operators (organisations, artists, collectives, institutions)  
• youth organizations using arts and (sub)culture as a tool 

Our goal?

To create meaningful connections, spark new international collaborations, and guide participants towards cross sectoral collaboration within the Erasmus+ Programme and European Solidarity Corps (ESC). 

By fostering exchange and cooperation, we aim to strengthen the link between youth work and the cultural sector, building long-term impact through creative and inclusive international projects.  

Objectives  

• Bridging the gap and connecting culture and youth sectors by sharing good practices and resources, exchange experiences, and build contacts for future cooperation.  
• Introduce the Erasmus+ Programme and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) funding opportunities for international collaborations.  
• Highlight inspiring projects, local initiatives and inclusive practices within culture and youth work 
• Build strong, lasting partnerships that lead to international projects under Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) 
• Have fun

• Training on how to write a project 
• Deep dive in methodologies  
• Reading the program guides for you   

Profiles of participants 

• Cultural operators (organisations, artists, collectives, institutions) 
• Representatives of youth organizations using arts and (sub)culture as a tool 
• Project coordinators and decision-makers able to commit organisation to future cooperation and developing partnerships  
• Participants ready to actively participate, present your organisation, share best practices and tools to contribute to the programme.  
• Participants must be at least 18 years old and able to work in English.

Training practicalities  

• Monday 23th of November: travel day  
• Tuesday 24th of November: working day 
• Wednesday 25th of November: working day 
• Thursday 26th of November: working day 
• Friday 27th of November: working day 
• Saturday 28th of November: travel day (check with the hotel)

Hogyan lehet jelentkezni?

Kérjük, egyaránt töltse ki az idegen nyelvű (SALTO) és a magyar nyelvű jelentkezési lapot! 

A részvétel költségei: 

A résztvevők nemzetközi utazását, ill. biztosítási költségeit a Tempus Közalapítvány, a külföldi szállás és étkezés, valamint a programhoz kapcsolódó költségeket a fogadó nemzeti iroda vagy a szervező fedezi.

A résztvevő, a programra történő utazása során felmerülő egyéb utazási költségeket (transzfer költségek)- mint a programhoz történő résztvevői hozzájárulást - fizeti. Amennyiben a transzfer költségek együttes összege a 10.000 forintot meghaladja, úgy a Közalapítvány egyéni kérelem benyújtását követően - egyedi elbírálás alapján - a 10.000 forint feletti összeget megtéríti a résztvevő részére.

Felhívjuk a jelentkezők figyelmét, hogy az utazás megszervezése a Tempus Közalapítvány hatáskörébe tartozik. Az esetlegesen felmerülő többletköltségeket a Tempus Közalapítvány nem állja, a keletkezett károkért felelősséget nem vállal.
