Aims of the study visit
This study visit allows you to see how One-Stop Guidance Centres are designed and run in Finland. In this study visit you understand how the different models of multi-service centers link to Finnish youth work and how they support young people's life.

The multi-service centers aim to strengthen the social inclusion of young people, to eradicate poverty among young people and to improve their employability and performance. The study visit shows you how these centers bring together the expertise and skills of different professionals from different sectors in youth guidance work, and how the centers are coordinated in a national level.

The study visit will also be an opportunity for you to discover different methods and practices in youth guidance. As an added value you get to know what opportunities Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Programmes offer and how you dan develop European project ideas and partnerships.

The study visit takes place in Jyväskylä, where we will visit the local One-Stop Guidance Centre.

Who can apply?
The study visit is suitable for you if you work in the fields of youth employment and/or youth work.

Youth work sector means working directly with young people outside the formal education institutions. As a participant you are expected to represent an organization organizing activities that enhance youth employability.

If you have a great personal interest, but no relevant link to actual youth work and employment field, we encouraged you not to apply. The study visit aims for professional and organizational development, not self-development for self-interest.

What are One-Stop Guidance Centres?
One-Stop Guidance Centres are a Finnish practice in youth guidance. These centres were identified by the European Commission as a best practice in the European Union when it comes to supporting young people's education, training and employment.

One-Stop Guidance Centres are meant for all people under the age of 30. Young people can visit the centres with a big or small issue - from getting quick information to a small question to participating in a individual long-term guidance. Young people can get support on various issues in one place, without the need to jump from one bureaucratic office to another.

One-Stop Guidance Centres offer assistance with various issues related to young person’s own life, such as studying, finding employment, housing and welfare.

The services provided by the One-Stop Guidance Centres and the professionals who work in them may be different in different towns. Still, the core idea is to bring professionals from different service sectors under the same roof. Depending on the size of the town, the centers may have different amount of services.

This Study Visit is part of the Youth@Work Partnership, alongside other projects tackling youth employability and entrepreneurship, organised by the 16 member Erasmus+ National Agencies and SALTO-YOUTH Resource Centres. This study visit contributes to Youth@Work's objective of creating a platform for practice sharing and partnership-building in order to better support young people's employability and entrepreneurship across Europe and Neighbouring Partner Regions.

Covid rules
In order to apply you should familiarise yourself with the Covid19 rules when traveling to Finland. Note that the rules might change before the study visit.

Note that if you are not vaccinated, the entry rules are different for you. Unvaccinated persons must self-isolate for 3 days after entering Finland, even if they are tested at the airport. The self-isolation will happen right after arrival and therefore it makes the participation in the SSV impossible.

Moreover, the Finnish NA cannot cover the costs caused by the self-isolation.

It is possible to apply / participate in the study visit only if you are fully vaccinated with a vaccine that is approved in Finland or if you have a certificate of recovering from Covid 19 in less than 6 months from entering the country.

Hogyan lehet jelentkezni?
Kérjük, egyaránt töltse ki az idegen nyelvű (SALTO) és a magyar nyelvű jelentkezési lapot! 

A részvétel költségei: 
A résztvevők nemzetközi utazását, ill. biztosítási költségeit a Tempus Közalapítvány Erasmus+ ifjúsági csoport, a külföldi szállás és étkezés, valamint a programhoz kapcsolódó költségeket a fogadó nemzeti iroda vagy a szervező fedezi.

A résztvevő, a programra történő utazása során felmerülő egyéb utazási költségeket (transzfer költségek), valamint az utazáshoz kötelezően szükséges egészségügyi igazolásokhoz kapcsolódó költségeket (pl. PCR teszt) - mint a programhoz történő résztvevői hozzájárulást - fizeti. Amennyiben a transzfer költségek és az utazáshoz kötelezően szükséges egészségügyi igazolásokhoz kapcsolódó költségek együttes összege a 10.000 forintot meghaladja, úgy a Közalapítvány egyéni kérelem benyújtását követően - egyedi elbírálás alapján - a 10.000 forint feletti összeget megtéríti a résztvevő részére.

Felhívjuk a jelentkezők figyelmét, hogy az utazás megszervezése a Tempus Közalapítvány hatáskörébe tartozik. Az esetlegesen felmerülő többletköltségeket a Tempus Közalapítvány nem állja, a keletkezett károkért felelősséget nem vállal.
