2021 marks the beginning of a new generation of the Erasmus+ programme and the European Solidarity Corps, together with the launch of a common Inclusion & Diversity Strategy 2021-2027 for both formal & non-formal education sectors, with new formats and possibilities.

The ID Forum is an international conference organised by SALTO Inclusion & Diversity, which aims at creating greater visibility for inclusion & diversity and building bridges between stakeholders active in the EU youth programmes.

The event will focus on inclusion & diversity in the broad sense (following the definition of young people with fewer opportunities) and offer space for working on different issues. This is THE forum for anyone in the field to get new information, inspiration, methods and partners.

 

We are putting together a diverse 3-day programme in a residential setting, which will highlight the work that has been done in the past generation of the EU youth programmes, as well as the new formats and possibilities in the new Erasmus+ programme and the European Solidarity Corps, and in the new Inclusion & Diversity Strategy.

 

To create greater visibility for inclusion & diversity and build bridges between stakeholders active in the field within the EU youth programmes (Erasmus+: Youth in Action and European Solidarity Corps).

 

•  Celebrate together what has been achieved so far in the EU youth programmes

•  Find inspiration from others’ practices and projects

•  Get ready for a new Inclusion & Diversity Strategy and the next programme periods

 

ID Forum will remain as a regular bi-annual ID checkpoint further in the new programme period.

 

Each delegation should consist of 1 National Agency ID officer and 1 or 2 youth workers, researchers, youth advocates, trainers, practitioners who are able to come to Ostend. Although we have 3 places per National Delegation at the ID Forum, delegations can also be larger, which means it’s possible for more than 3 people to participate in the preparatory process leading to the ID Forum (consultations and/or feedback to the ID Roadmap process, preparation of good practices/marketplace) as well as in following the ID Forum event remotely as part of the programme will be livestreamed and will include interactive components.

 

 

•  1 National Agency ID officer,

•  1-2 youth workers, researchers, youth advocates, trainers etc. over 18-years old (minors only permitted with legal responsible) who are able to come to Ostend,

•  Others who can participate in the process leading to ID Forum (national meeting/best practices collection/ID Roadmap consultations) and participate in the Forum remotely and/or at national level. 

 

•  People with good connections to their local youth work field,

•  At least one member of the delegation should know the best practice example inside out. Another member of the delegation should be able and ready to present other best practices at the Marketplace.

•  Preferably have a representative (as well) from people facing barriers or having fewer opportunities,

•  Good level of the English language.

 

•  Able to meet at least once with the national delegation prior to the ID Forum (you will receive more specific instructions and support about this from the ID Forum team later in the process),

•  Willing to participate in one of the two online ID Roadmap consultations:

Friday 17 September 10-12h CET: First consultation round

Thursday 23 September 13h30-15h30 CET: Second consultation round

 

Due to COVID19, all necessary sanitary protocols will be followed. As we approach the dates of the event, we will be able to share new info about the entry requirements.

There will be an option to take part in some parts of the programme via online streaming or online workshops for those who are limited to travel physically to Ostend, yet would like to be part of the National delegations and the ID Forum itself.

ID Forum draft programme

 

 

 

A résztvevők nemzetközi utazását, ill. biztosítási költségeit a Tempus Közalapítvány Erasmus+ ifjúsági csoport, a külföldi szállás és étkezés, valamint a programhoz kapcsolódó költségeket a fogadó nemzeti iroda vagy a szervező fedezi.

 

A résztvevő, a programra történő utazása során felmerülő egyéb utazási költségeket (transzfer költségek) - mint a programhoz történő résztvevői hozzájárulást - fizeti. Amennyiben a transzfer költségek együttes összege a 10.000 forintot meghaladja, úgy a Közalapítvány egyéni kérelem benyújtását követően - egyedi elbírálás alapján - a 10.000 forint feletti összeget megtéríti a résztvevő részére.
